Award Presented by Rotary President Leon Berthiaume
St. Albans Vermont, October 16, 2025 — The Rotary Club is proud to announce Stacey Cauller as the recipient of the 2024–2025 Rotarian of the Year award. The honor was presented by Rotary President Leon Berthiaume in recognition of Cauller’s unwavering dedication to the Rotary motto, “Service Above Self.”
Stacey Cauller, a valued member of the Rotary Club and a respected professional at Peoples Trust Company, exemplifies leadership, humility, and a deep commitment to service.
“Stacey is a pillar of our club,” said President Berthiaume during the award presentation. “She serves faithfully on the Board of Directors, manages the critical role of Treasurer for our Home & Recreation Expo, and plays a key role in events like the Home Show Grab Bag Assembly and the District Speech Contest. Her leadership is thoughtful, dependable, and always rooted in service.”
Beyond her official duties, Cauller is a constant presence—attending meetings, supporting club outings and social events, mentoring new treasurers, and assisting with behind-the-scenes work. She helps wherever she’s needed, often quietly and without fanfare.
Her service-minded spirit extends into the broader community. Stacey is active in local initiatives, including toy distribution with Operation Happiness and leadership with the Highgate PTO. She also brings the values of Rotary into her home life—empowering her daughters to give back through their annual lemonade stand, which raises money for charitable causes and guiding them to be helpers when they can. “Her daughters have even told her they want to be Rotarians someday,” shared Berthiaume. “That’s how you know someone is living the Rotary mission—they’re inspiring others to do the same.”
Humble, reliable, and deeply committed, Stacey Cauller truly embodies what it means to be a Rotarian.
Please join us in congratulating Stacey Cauller, our 2024–2025 Rotarian of the Year.
