Proclamation: Rotary Club of St. Albans Day

In recognition of their 100 years of dedicated service to St. Albans Vermont, Mayor Tim Smith officially proclaimed September 22nd (the date of the club's charter) to henceforth be known as "Rotary Club of St. Albans Day".
